Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Shipping Returns

  • Return items to: 18738 San Jose Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748

  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as restock fee.

  • Using a trackable shipping method or insurance for items over $75 is recommended. Doe a Dear is not responsible for lost packages without tracking number. Please forward the tracking number for all return packages to contact@doeadear.co

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days (processing time may vary with your bank).

  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Items bought at regular price with a promo code are eligible for returns.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We replace items that are defective or damaged.

  • Shipping for exchanges is covered by us.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once returned.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Doe a Dear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment. Please contact your carrier for claims once tracking is available.
