Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Shipping Returns

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as restock fee.

Using a trackable shipping method or insurance for items over $75 is recommended. Doe a Dear is not responsible for lost packages without tracking number. Please forward the tracking number for all return packages to contact@doeadear.co
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days (processing time may vary with your bank).

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Items bought at regular price with a promo code are eligible for returns.
Exchanges
- You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once returned.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Doe a Dear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment. Please contact your carrier for claims once tracking is available.
